Choose You Collective was founded by Sophie with a vision of creating a space where women feel supported, understood and empowered to shape a life that feels truly their own.

At the heart of the Collective is Sophie’s own experience of navigating trauma and abuse, mental health challenges, and personal healing. These experiences, alongside her professional background in NLP, coaching, spiritual direction and retreat leadership, have shaped her compassionate, creative, person-centred approach to supporting others.

Having experienced first-hand how life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, Sophie is passionate about helping women reconnect with who they are and where they’re at, rediscover their sense of self-worth, and explore new possibilities for their lives.

The Collective also grew from her own longing for meaningful female community—a space to feel accepted, share honestly, and find connection with other women. That sense of belonging is central to the community she is building.

Alongside Sophie’s work, the Collective brings together a growing network of experienced coaches and wellbeing practitioners to offer a range of perspectives, specialisms and approaches, connecting women with support that meets their individual needs.
